Welcome to your home away from home on the beautiful Central Coast.
We are close to everything including wine and beer tasting, pristine beaches, mountain trails, bike trails, an historic Spanish mission, an authentic Danish town, Chumash Casino, skydiving, golf, and much, much more.
We offer guests a private bedroom and comfy bed with crisp clean sheets, lightning fast wireless internet access, a gourmet kitchen, living room with huge screen TV, outdoor patio with barbecue grill, laundry facilities, and free advice on the best places to see and eat.
Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking flower fields and mountains. We are conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. Se habla espanol.

About the Area
We are located on the north side of the town overlooking flower fields and mountains. There are walking and biking trails nearby. The ocean is only a five minute drive from our house. A shopping mall with restaurants, banking, a supermarket and a Wal-Mart is five minutes away.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

PAYMENT METHOD
Guests pay a refundable $150 damage and key deposit, which will be returned on day guest leaves, if there are no damage or cleanliness issues.
Acceptable payments methods are cash, Paypal, and Zelle.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask our guests to give us at least seven days notice for any cancellation. Cancellation later than this will incur a cancellation fee.
HOUSE RULES
You may park your vehicle in our driveway.
Please do not park in or block our neighbor's driveway.
Please no shoes allowed upstairs. Please leave shoes downstairs near front door.
You may use laundry machines, but please provide your own detergent, fabric softener, etc.
Please no smoking, vaping or illegal drugs allowed on the premises.
Please conserve water – there is a drought in California.
Please no parties or unregistered guests permitted.
Please respect our quiet time after 10 PM.
Room capacity is two persons. There will be an extra charge for more than two guests in a room.
Please leave all towels, sheets, pillows and blankets in the room when departing.
Check out time is 2 PM. You may leave the key inside the room when you leave.
KITCHEN RULES
If you plan to cook, you may use the kitchen facilities, but please bring your own food.
You may store your food in our refrigerator. Please clearly mark food items with your name.
Please clean and put away kitchen utensils, pots, plates, etc. after use.
Please place garbage into separate recyclable and organic waste bins.
Please take all your own food with you when you depart.
You may use the outdoor barbecue grill, but please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.
Due to fire danger, do not leave barbecue grill untended while in use.
Please clean grilling surfaces and dispose of all charcoal ash after using barbecue grill.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
