We live in the beautiful Napa Valley, in the historical downtown residential area. We are a lovely 1 mile stroll to all of the World Class Restaurants, shops and tasting rooms that downtown Napa has to offer. We are also conveniently located to the roads and lanes leading to the countryside vineyards that grace our Valley. You will find the master suite in our home to be private, cozy, well-appointed with small sofa, water dispenser, microwave, small refrigerator, television, private entrance, private ensuite bathroom, comfortable queen bed, Kuerig coffee, tea, hot chocolate maker, a few dishes and glasses/cups etc., and air conditioning. The suite is not set-up to accept children, or the handicapped. We do have a strict 24-year-old minimum age limit, and we do not allow smoking anywhere on the property (inside or outside). We love sharing this adorable master suite with quiet respectful guests and often enjoy talks and wine around our firepit. Come and enjoy the beautiful Wine Country at our home.

House Rules
We accept guests that are respectful of our property and of our neighbors. We request quiet times before 8am and after 9pm. No smoking anywhere on our property inside or outside. Thank you for not bringing your pet.
We are sorry, however we are not set-up to receive the handicapped or children. The rental is for the guests staying here only, no visitors please, unless permission has been given by owners. Minimum age for guests is 25. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
