About the Area
Our home is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, in between two busy arteries into the city with several local coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
We are 20 minutes from the local airport and the city offers, LYFT and UBER for getting around.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
No overnight guests, treat the house as a sanctuary. Use the kitchen as you please, just clean up after yourself.
We are mostly plant based with some fish.

We loved Ashleigh’s house. She is such an amazing host and her home is just perfect, surrounded by trees and the air quality was a lot better than in downtown Nashville. We loved it! Ashleigh was very helpful and even bought coffee, milk and croissants for us, thank you so much for that again :) Also, she has a veeeery cute little dog named Charlie Brown and a cat, Blacktop- they made our stay even more special. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 3 nights, we would love to come back and highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to stay in Nashville. There is a bus nearby, but we always took an Uber, which was only about 8-10$. Bathroom is en-suite, the room was very clean and the views just wonderful (it was like living in a treehouse). I stayed 4 nights and it was good. The house is so big and surrounded by many beautiful trees. Ashleigh is also a good person, she’s kind and nice to her visitors. About food, you might feel a bit expensive, but it’s nice and healthy.

Ashleigh is a very kind person, the house and the room are ok, as well as the location. Though, I was expecting another kind of cooking, especially for the breakfast ... And, it is too expensive from my point of view. I would recommand this place, but explain with more détails the situation relative to the "cooking"...

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
