You are renting 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. No you will not be alone in the apartment because our apartment has 3 bedrooms. Please do not email and ask if you will be alone in the apartment. Beautiful rooms in a three bedroom apartment with a very large fashion gallery like living room. Our apartment takes the entire floor of the building, meaning we have our own floor to ourselves. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathroom. The master bedroom will be yours with a private full bathroom. The room is beautiful with a queen size platform Japanese bed, with designer bed sheets, computer table and private full bathroom.
AIR CONDITIONING and huge L.E.D FLAT SCREEN TELEVISION.
The kitchen with COOKING STOVES, MICROWAVE OVEN, COFFEE MAKER. CHROME SILVER REFRIGERATOR.
The BATHROOMS: BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN with expensive designer shower curtains. The inside the master bedroom shower is for you only and is private for you for the duration of your stay here. The outside second bathroom is for sharing will include PERSONNEL SHOWER TOWELS, TOOTH BRUSHES, TOOTH SPACE, SHOWER SOAPS. and HAIR SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER.
The LIVING ROOM beautiful large spacious can welcome quests and friends. Since I am a fashion designer my Living room resembles inside of a fashion gallery with MOVIE PROJECTOR for movie nights or watching videos. The living room include a bar with bar stools over looking the inside of the kitchen for guests and entertaining guests as needed.
The neighborhood is cool, laid back near almost all. We are a few stops on the train away from central park. Many great restaurants of all kind. Movie theater. Walking distance to shopping centers. The subways on the same block as the house. 2,3 TRAINS and ,B,C TRAINS two avenues over. We are a few subway stops away from midtown 42nd street/ TIME SQUARES.
This is a great place for anyone who would like to experience New York uptown and downtown while staying in a great/ gorgeous room in a very cool apartment.

The neighborhood is great and near all. Many restaurants, Movie theater and the great Apollo theater near, Central Park a few stops away in the train or walking distance if you are a walker. The transportation is great. All trains and buses are near our building on the same street.

We receive all payment in advance via Paypal. We will communicate our PayPal address when the booking is made.
You are renting 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. No you will not be alone in the apartment because our apartment has 3 bedrooms. Please do not email and ask if you will be alone in the apartment. Your booking is only allowed two people per booking, which means for the entire duration of your stay in our apartment, it will be only you and the other person that you came with the first time. As it been stated on our instructions only two guests per booking. You are not allowed to bring other friends into our house at anytime without us being informed in advance; whether we are home or not. Under no circumstances should it be allowed to bring any other person to sleep in our house even if one of the original two of you have left early. You should try to keep your room clean and descent but we will clean all common areas such bathroom, kitchen and living room. We change your bed sheets, towels every few days. People keep in mind that this is not a Hotel but someone private house. You will not have any maid keeping your own private area tidy is appreciated.
Have respect for the place and all properties in the apartment, No giving of the keys of our apartment to friends or other people. Please follow all the rules of the house, and we will do our best in making your stay with us a wonderful (website hidden): What ever price that you see listed on the site, it is final. Please do not email us on asking for a discount. Thank you much.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
