Our home is very comfortable and a great place to reside, near all University's and on a major bus route! Our home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Many "creature comforts" such as Wi-Fi, cable television,laundry etc. Town is only 10 minutes away and the Big mall is very close! Conviently located off I-95 . Our family has hosted many high shool students in the past and we are used to having students live with us.. We are a family of 3 adults and 1 small friendly dogs! Conveniently located off I-95 and within 2-3 hours of New York City, and Washington, DC. Major airport is 40 minutes from our home and there is on street parking. Our home is 15 minutes from the University of Delaware Campus

House Rules
We are flexable and do allow smokers but it's confined to smoking outdoor's only! 1 overnight guest of the renter is allowed with prior knowledge of their visiting. We do not enforce any curfew's but do ask that you keep us aware of the time of arrival if after normal hours!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
