I live with my 2 friendly dogs , Sheela and Sampson, in beautiful Ojai, a small town in a valley ,surrounded by lovely mountains. .. I have a 3 bedroom home, with gardens, and aviary's full of songbirds. I have views of the mountains, there are hiking trails nearby, and smell the orange groves surrounding me. This is a great location-10" walk to beautiful downtown Ojai, 30"drive from Ventura College, 45" from UCSB/ City college.I am 30" from the beaches in Ventura
I have 2 smaller , furnished bedrooms with a shared bath to offer. This is a peaceful, serene environment in which to live and study.

This is a perfect location- a 10" walk to downtown, but with a rural feel.The neighborhood is lovely, quiet and safe. All the trails and attractions are walking distance, or a 5-10" drive, The Trolley is around the corner; the bus to Ventura and beyond is 10" walk it's a 30"drive to Ventura College, 45" toUCSB/ City College.I am 30" from the beaches in Ventura, Carpenteria and beyond.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
