This room is located in PALM SPRINGS, NOT Los Angeles.
This beautiful, bright, spacious, and tastefully decorated Master Bedroom with an attached private bathroom has everything you need for your convenience, just bring your suitcase and you are home. This room has two closets (including a walking closet), a brand new modern ceiling fan, a brand new queen size bed, a new smart 50" TV, a coffee station with espresso maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge with separate freezer, foldable desk with storage, a small sofa with marble top coffee table. New furniture, appliances, and linens (provided). The room has a separate private entrance. There is a washer/dryer just outside the room, and you will have access to the kitchen and the front patio. There are two barbecues in the pool area but you will also have access to the private one on the patio. The room is steps away from the two tennis courts and the pool & jacuzzi (but not just next to them so it is very quiet). This nice and quiet landscaped complex is conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown, 8 minutes from Desert Hospital, and 18 minutes from Eisenhower Hospital.. Parking area is off the street. I am the only one living here with my small sweet dog.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
