Our home is conveniently located Pembroke Pines, in South Florida with easy accessibility to primary highways and interstates, entertainment venues, parks, golf courses, restaurants and retail/shopping Malls.
We are a family originally from Brazil that lives in the US for over 30 years. We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. We love traveling and meeting people from all over the world.

Nice area with 2 shopping malls nearby, and a bus stop at walking distance. Close to the Pembroke Gardens, Pembroke Lakes Mall, Sawgrass Mall, and Hard Rock Stadium, and many restaurant options within 1 mile away. About 25 minutes from Fort Lauderdale and Miami International Airports.

House Rules
• No loud noise, music, or parties. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.
• No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval.
• Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This includes downloads.
• No guns/weapons/illegal substances in the house.
• Please report damages immediately, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
• No pets.
• Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free, and we would like to keep it that way with your help.
• Please recycle. Otherwise, we get fined by the city. Can, plastic, paper and glass can be placed together in the bin in your room and everything else in the bin placed in the bathroom.
• $30.00 Cleaning Fee for each extra week.
• Abide by the state of Florida recycling laws.
• Enjoy your stay! The most important rule.
SMOKING
We’re a smoke-free home, including the pool area, and the front and back yard. This includes vaping. If you smoke on the sidewalk outside the gate, please discard your extinguished cigarettes butts in the metal can provide by the community.

• Lost key: $15.00

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
