Quiet, cozy guest room with private bath. We provide the beach towels; you provide the fun! 2 min from I-10 which takes you to river or beaches! Minutes from sugar white sand beaches and our downtown area. We are the Home of the Blue Angels flight demonstration team and the National Naval Aviation Museum. We are close to canoeing, hiking, and zip lining.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of the city. You are 16 kilometers or 10 miles from our city center.
Our guests utilize Uber, Lyft or taxis for getting around unless you prefer to rent a car.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
We reserve the right to ask for ID's to make sure the person(s) that is booking is the one that will be staying. All guests must have a proper ID picture of themselves. Government ID, driver's license or passport. There is a Ring camera doorbell located at the front door.
Prefer guests eat meals at the dining room table
No persons who are not guests may enter the home.
Absolutely no weapons. No flammable devices including matches, lighters or candles.
No tobacco, smokeless tobacco, vaping , incense burning or any combustible materials anywhere on the property.
Quiet hours 11pm to 8am.
Anyone violating these rules are subject to termination and removal from the property.
There is a medium size family dog on the property named Charlie. He is a Blue Heeler/dachshund mix. He barks, but he will not harm guests. He is not allowed in the guest area.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
