Spacious, private, convenient and beautiful modern home with a view! It is extremely convenient to downtown, Oakland, & the airport. My fiance and I have abundant off-street parking, extremely high-speed wifi, a beautiful back patio with AMAZING view, (depending on season) pool, & outdoor hot tub! We are offering our private guest bedroom AND private bathroom and provide access to the common areas of the house - outdoor areas, living room, & kitchen. 1 full bed and can set up a twin size foldaway bed (only for parties of 3).

About the Area
The Slopes are extremely close to commuting to downtown or Oakland for work or school. Southside Flats are within walking distance and gives access to TONS of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. We are located next to Southside Park, a 65 acre outdoor park that has a stunning view and many hiking trails. The bus system is only a 10-minute walk away.

House Rules
-We expect you to respect our home
-Quiet hours between 11 pm and 6 am
-No parties or events
-Not safe or suitable for children (0-12 years)
-Check-in time is 3PM - 11PM
-Check out by 11 AM
-Self check-in with lockbox
-The pets that live on the property must not be abused or let outdoors
-You should not enter the office on the second floor
-You are expected to pick up after yourself in common areas
-Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval
-Absolutely NO drugs of any kind - alcohol is okay
-Absolutely NO smoking in the house - please do this outside and clean up after yourself
-Always lock the front door after you leave and be courteous to the neighbors
-If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please clean it and let us know ASAP
-Any unreturned/lost house keys will be charged a fee of $30
-You will be charged for any significant damages, including but not limited to the loss of the security deposit

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
