Our house is in a secluded and safe neighborhood, centrally located about 3 miles (5 km) from the UCR campus and extension and about 3 miles (5km) from the RCC campus . We have a pool, spa and plenty of quiet property to study. There is a large park with picnic area, running/walking trails, and barbecue facilities within walking distance. We offer:

We have been a Homestay family since 2012 and have found the experience to be very rewarding. We have three boys who are very friendly and love to chat and play games with our guests. We have added a friendly dog, Athena, to our household who is sweet and loves to be played with.

About the Area
Our house is located in a safe and secluded area of Riverside called Canyon Crest. We sit up on a hill surrounded by trees and overlooking a beautiful public park. We are only a few miles from the University of Riverside, California (UCR) campus, as well as downtown shopping. Bus lines pass close to our house.

My experience of living with Lillian's family was more than wonderful. I spent a year with them, and it was a great time that I cannot forget. They helped me a lot in my first days, and they taught me different things that helped me to rely on myself. Lillian's family are very friendly and active. They have three amazing boys who are smart and lovely. Their house is always clean. In short, I enjoyed staying with them, and I hope that I will be back in the future!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
