We have Rooms downstairs in San Francisco, and it contains 1 large room with its own walk in closet, a private restroom and a large glass door leading to the backyard. The other room is a good small size rooms. There’s restroom being use by the occupants that rents the small room. So this is shared by two people only.
This rooms has its own entrance downstairs.
There's a small kitchenette with a medium-sized refrigerator, sink, a kettle, a toaster a conventional microwave and a counter top electrical range.
Rides are near. It is close to MUNI public transportation which is a corner away or a block away for buss rides. Less than 300 yards to the BART station so you can get where you need to go without having a car. Downtown is just a 30 minute bus ride away on the 14 MUNI bus. Alemany Street is a block away to Mission Street, which has a variety of restaurants and stores. Safeway, a grocery store, is just a block away and the laundromat is only a block away. Bikes can be use and It will be assigned.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of the city. We are 5 minutes from SF downtown via freeway, a block from Mission Street to take a MUNI Bus, 5 minute walk to the BART station. A walking distance like 5 minutes to some food ready to eat food stores, Safeway grocery store is 1 mile. It's a quiet neighborhood.

Victoria is an amazing host ! Gilbert and her have been really helpful and always tried to make me feel at home. The room was really good too, lots of light and space. The house is located in a perfect area in SF, close to public transportation and very safe. It was my first travel in the US, and I really recommend staying with them :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
