I have two kids a boy and girl I'm married to a filipino who speak tagalog, waray and visayan. We have been hosting international student for about 2 years now. We are fun and loving family. We love to go for a walk as a family since our house is located very close to parks and establishment e.g. Santana Row Valley Fair Mall and the popular historic Winchester Mystery house. We are about 10 minutes away from San Jose International Airport, 15 minutes away from Apple we are pretty much in a prime location of silicon valley. My wife and I like to garden as our bonding time. I enjoy BBQ especially during summer time. We have several fruit trees on our backyard such as avocado, nectarine, cherries, lime, lemon, grapefruit, orange, loquat, cumquat, pomegranate, apple, almond and chinese apricot. We also have 2 Calamansi trees. We have a pretty good size backyard. Our family love meeting people and learn from different culture.

Our house close to major freeways and walking distance to bus stop and shopping mall. We are about 15 minutes away from San Jose airport. We are walking distance to hospital and San Jose City College. We are pretty much in a prime location of Silicon Valley.

House Rules
Clean the kitchen or bathroom after use. Inform the host family if coming home late. Overnight stay of guest is prohibited. Due to experience from the past of guest not showing up without cancelling their booking we require that the guest to pay the full amount upon booking in order to secure the room.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
