We live in a very spacious 5 bedroom home located in the community of Santa Clarita. Very close to Six Flags, Magic Mountain (you’ll probably want to go there). We are a family of 3 and we have a toy yorkie named Zoey. Our 17 year old daughter is very girly, outgoing and loves to sing. She would love to have a new friend to make her some company and be able to go to the pool together, melt marshmallow and make smores on our backyard fire pit, go shopping and do girly stuff. As a family we enjoy to do things together like go hiking, go to the beach, out to dinner, have barbecues on our backyard or enjoy our home theatre system at home with the latest movies.
You will be able to have your own room with a queen sized bed, a walk-in closet and a shared bathroom that we hardly use. We have a big open concept kitchen with a breakfast nook and a family room where we spend a lot of our time on, usually while awaiting for a treat my wife is preparing for us. There’s also a second family room right outside our daughter’s bedroom and she loves using it to hang out with friends.

About the Area
Our home is located on the City of Santa Clarita on a community called Stetson Ranch nestled within the tranquil mountains located at the end of the beautiful cul-de-sac.
You’ll truly enjoy our private backyard with no rear neighbors and view of a beautiful landscaped slope. Our backyard has a BBQ area, covered patio & stone fire pit. It’s a quick walk from the private community pool, and park.
We are a 15 minute drive from the Town Center, where you can find pretty much anything you need, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. or a 20 minute drive from Six Flags and the Hurricane Harbor.

House Rules
Please keep our home secure and lock the door every time entering or leaving the home.
Please do not adjust the central air conditioning and heat system, ask us and we’ll gladly do it for you.
Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after.
Keep noise to a minimum after 10:30pm.
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance.
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
