My house in centrally located in the heart of Summit and I welcome you to stay! I have 1 Single room that is very large and has plenty of space for all your luggage. You will also have a full bathroom located in the hallway on the same floor to be shared with one other roommate. The room comes with a bed, dresser/drawer, mirror, and large closet. The room also has a desk for you to do work, if need be. There is a TV in the room with cable and free wifi access. You are free to use the kitchen and the washer, and dryer. Food, detergent, or extra necessities is your responsibility to provide for yourself (not included in rent). I can send more pictures if you like.
I keep my home very clean and we all work so it is fairly quiet during the week. You may come and go as you please and luckily there are restaurants, stores, parks, and a mall within a 5 minute drive from our house.
Elda is 58 and enjoys cooking, watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, travel, television, gardening, and fashion design. She speaks English and Spanish
Pamela is 26. She speaks English and enjoys cooking, watching movies, music, and fashion
Stephanie is 25 and enjoys work, music, spending time with friends, and fashion. She speaks English
I live in the house with my two daughters, Pamela and Stephanie - who are also friendly and welcoming. We also just ask for someone who is considerate/ respectful of the house and the people living in it. Feel free to ask us any questions.
Rules:
-Nothing illegal in the house
-Smoking outside (we have a porch in the front of the house)
No pick-up service or breakfast included. But you can cook and use kitchen whenever you need.

Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just have a talk and agree on details with me in advance

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
