We live in South Florida, The County of Broward, in Fort Lauderdale Florida, Sunrise City, just 20 minute to the Fort Lauderdale Air Port, Miami Air Port, 35 minute to famous Miami and South Beach, the most popular touring area in florida. 12 minutes to famous Saw Gras Mill Mall, Outlet Shopping, Theater, School, Restaurants & Parks, Hocky Arena. 5 minutes to Sunrise Tennis Court. We are located in a suburb, well diverse town Surround by everything needed to enjoy a wonderful life. We are a small family, with a Small 4 leg family member Babee, pomeranian, She is a 8 lb. Dog. The Kitten, stay in my master suit all the time,
Your Room will be a Medium size Private bedroom, equipped with a dresser, Desk,
smart TV, Cable, Ceiling Fan, Desk lamp. The room is very well lit with a back yard view, located next to semi private Guess bath room, This is a full bath with a large mirror.
If you are a Student or on a Extended Stay of a few months or more, we offer Use of Gym, Laundry areas at a reduced monthly small fee. This will accommodate your extended stay with us.
We are a happy easy going Friendly Family, who like to bowl, Travel, Dance, Swim Gardening & sometime entertain Friend at family BBQ. We have a very beautiful Cozy home with Cathedral ceiling & a Swimming pool.
We are a English speaking family but are open to learn new languages and different cultures.

We are located in south Florida, in the City of Sunrise, in the Wellby Semi Gated Community. We are 20 minute to Fort Lauderdale Air Port, 30 minute to Cruise port, 30 to 38 minutes to Maimi Air port, or Miami Beach and Cruise port, The Bus stop is 5 minutes down the block. We are located 15 minutes to One of the largest Shopping Malls" Saw Grass Mill Mall, the Best Outlet shopping in Florida. This Mall has Resturants, movie theaters, Sports Bar, and some of the best eateries", There is a Parks & Recreations, Tennis Court and Horse Ranch just minutes away, we are in the Heart of everything you need.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room. The payment must be made WITHIN 24 HOURS from the booking - please contact us for the PayPal email address.
Cancellation Policy: For stays longer than 30 days, we ask our guests to give us at least 30 days’ notice. For shorter than 30 days bookings, we request a notice of at least 7 days. (Temporary will be no Longer than 5 day stay due to COVID19.)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
