2 spare rooms, comfy beds, your own bathroom. I'm an Uber driver(nights) & work from home from time to time. I have an eBay store so don't be alarmed by the mannequins. I love to paint and do open mic nights with my spoken word/poetry. I am learning 5 languages; Norwegian, Swedish, French (most proficient), Russian/Ukranian, and Spanish. I can order food and find the subway (lol). I have two rooms for a maximum of 3 guests. Listing as one so that you can share the one large bathroom. There is also a half bath downstairs. You will have full access to the kitchen. I will provide coffee, creamer, and light snacks (muffins or croissants). I will also stock eggs so that may cook for yourself.
I love meeting new people and love my place but the rent is high and it's too much space for one person. The beds a super comfortable and there's lots of closet space. The double bedroom has a tv with streaming services. I provide apple/tennis channel/Amazon prime. You login to your services as it's a Roku tv. The single bedroom does not have a TV but makes for a good quiet space. I have an LG washer and dryer located upstairs for convenience. Also, high speed internet and a printer (contributions accepted).
My kitchen has everything you need and more. Spices, rice cooker, stand mixer, microwave, coffee maker, stovetop espresso/cuban coffee pot, filtered water, filtered ice drawer, pots and pans, even an egg cooker for poached and hard boiled.
I happily accept cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, and cash app.

About the Area
Centrally located. 10 minutes to beach, Airlie Gardens, UNCW. Lots of trees & parks nearby. Mini Golf at Jungle Rapids, they have waterslides in the summertime. About 15 minute drive to downtown and the River Walk. My neighborhood also has side streets for relaxing walks or jogging.

House Rules
No smoking/vaping in the house. No parties, please clean up after yourself. You have access to the whole house, except my room.
Be mindful.
If you do smoke, please do so on the patio and dispose of cigarettes in outside trash.
If I am not in town (as I do travel from time to time) you will need to take out the trash/recycling.
I have a dishwasher, but you must rinse your dishes thoroughly as it's an older model.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
