The pool house is nestled within this historic estate's grounds w/ all doors leading out to the pool. The unit is modeled with comfort in mind. Kurig coffe maker with complimentary beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella for a day at the beach; or simply lounge by our commercial size deep water diving board pool. Invite local friends for a day by the pool. Blocks from The Drive and the island's famous nightlife and minutes to the beach. In the winter months, enjoy the beach by day and the fireplace by evening, while enjoying the Island's delights.

Stay away from this place !! All I wanted for my sunny south Florida vacation was a clean comfortable place to sleep, none of which happened.. The entire place is in a state of dis repair, inside and out, the a/c in the sleeping area didn't work, and there were a bunch of trailer homes plugged in on the property. All this I could have overlooked, as we were there to enjoy the sights and beaches of Ft. Lauderdale.......But then it happened..... as soon as it got to be nighttime, out came the roaches.... I mean this place is infested....big ones little baby ones.. we were stepping on them ...it was disgusting... needless to say in the middle of the night I booked a room at the Hilton and we fled!! As it was early in the morning (no front desk) I left a very matter of fact note (but nice) telling them of the roach issue ( which im sure they were aware of as there was a tube of roach killer right on the counter) and requested a credit refund on my credit card. It is now five days later and Chase informs me of no refund yet so I will be disputing the charges . Bottom line, I have traveled the world, and have had far better accommodations in third world countries .
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
