I live in a big house with a big garden and I'm always happy to meet new people at home and help my guests enjoy their stay. You can enjoy a double room on the first floor with a lovely private terrace looking onto the trees and you can hear the birds waking you up, you have a private bathroom for you next to your room. I offer you a light breakfast but if you want to try regional cooking I can offer you some meals. We are between lovely beaches of Costa Maresme , not far from Costa Brava and beautiful mountains from Nature Park El Montseny. We love helping our guests to discover the beautiful city of Barcelona and its incredible sights and different quarters which we know well.

About the Area
Well talking about our place now, we live in a big house with a big garden in a semiprivate state, and we rent one double room and bathroom. Argentona is at about a twenty minute walk from our home, and we have bus stop to go to Mataro or to Barcelona. Our home is close to the motorway to Barcelona, 3km to the lovely beaches of Maresme, full of nice places to eat fresh fish or tapas. There is a bus from Argentona to Mataró where we can take a direct train to Barcelona if we prefer to leave the car. You have wifi in the house, or the possibility to use my computer to follow your mails.

Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Please do not invite strangers into our home.
Use of the kitchen only evenings if agreed , and for stays longer than a week. With an extra payment kitchen can be used in the evenings or I can provide meals. We can wash clothes for our guests once a week.

Staying at Llüisa’s was a very nice experience and a great time. She is simply adorable! Everything was easy and very comfortable. The house is at a walking distance from Argentona’s downtown. If I have to go back to this nice town, I’m sure I’ll be back at Llüisa and Ferran’s (her husband).

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
