Student homestay in freshly renovated 628 m² home in leafy suburb. Maximum occupancy: four (4) people, no pets.

House Rules
- Check-in & check-out times are negotiable to suit all parties.
- Two weeks' advance payment prior or on arrival.
- Show (inter)national ID on arrival.
- Quiet times 9 pm to 6 am.
- In the common areas, clean up after yourself as you go.
- If you do not participate in weekly house chores, an additional $50/week fee applies.
- Shoes worn outdoors are not worn indoors.
- Recyclables go in the recycling bin clean per instructions.
- The guest is solely responsible for keeping the guest room clean and tidy at all times during the stay.
- At the end of the stay, the guest is solely responsible for returning the guest room and its usual contents to the same condition in which they were provided or better.
- Natural lighting and ventilation of the home are greatly benefited by complementary use of all windows, curtains, doors etc to aid air and light flow appropriately for the season, home occupancy, and goal. Let's aim to coordinate our efforts to apply the most cost-effective setup.

I recently stayed at a charming homestay in Maylands where the hosts truly exceeded expectations. Their warm hospitality transformed the experience into a delightful living. Personally, the hosts seamlessly transitioned from being accommodating hosts to becoming genuine and dear friends, enhancing the overall stay. Their attentiveness, coupled with joyous moments shared, made this homestay a standout choice. I highly recommend this haven for those seeking not just a comfortable lodging but a memorable and enriching connection with amiable hosts.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
