Family home on a private street surrounded by families. Private park across the street. We live next to Alouette Lake and Golden Ears Provincial park so an outdoor enthusiast would love the area. Lots of hiking and biking trails. The house is on a greenbelt and near the Alouette River. We are a family with young kids. Renting out our finished basement that was used previously as a spare room, office and home theater. We have a bed that can be used and a wardrobe in the room for clothing. Internet, utilities and A/C included. Meals could be discussed as an extra cost. Near bus stops.

About the Area
Located near a provincial park. Bus Stop only a 1 minute walk away. Lots of hiking, nature trails, canoe rentals at the lake and next to a river. House is on a green belt. Very quiet area and all families with kids on the street.

House Rules
*No Smoking or Vaping. No drugs in the house. No pets.
*asthma issue so can have no smoke in the house of any kind.
*Our kids go to bed at 8:30 so house is quiet in the evenings therefore no loud music or TV after 9:00pm. It can be at a reasonable volume.
*No overnight guests or guests without prior approval.
*Room must be kept tidy.
*Will need access to room once a week to vacuum the floor and clean the bathroom and provide fresh linens.
*No staining hair dye used in the bath tub.
*No access to kitchen or rest of the house after 9pm.
*Will offer tours of the area.
*Smoking is not allowed indoors.
*Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
*No pets are allowed inside.
*Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
*Please respect our home but feel comfortable.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
