Hi there,

We are a communal home that happily opens our doors to our global family. Our house currently has 5 roommates and a cat that get along well together. We share meals, have cleaning parties, and do activities together.
The room is a small loft with a single bed and great for short term stays. Longest is 2 weeks. I am very much involved with the process of having you stay with us.

We all enjoy meeting new people and sharing time together!

About the Area

Our place is located at a quiet cul-de-sac in a nice neighborhood on the North Shore. We are a 2min walk from the bus station, close to grocery stores, malls, 7 min from Grouse Mtn, 5 min from Lynn Valley, 20 min from beaches, and 20 min from Downtown. Lots of nature nearby and great trails to explore!

We are happy to have you join us and our communal home. When you arrive, you immediately become a part of our family. We take you under our wing and we ensure that you have the best time here in North Vancouver. You will be helped and supported every step of the way!

All we ask from you in return is to be a team player and to treat this place as your home with love and respect. Please: clean up after yourself, part-take in our communal cleanups and dinners, ask questions if you have any uncertainty, and be mindful of everyone and their space within our home.

Everyone feels at home here and we want you to feel the same way even if it is only for a short period of time. This is the ultimate goal; Therefore, everyone needs to actively participate within our home.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
