The apartment is duplex-style and located at the top floor with a big balcony where we’ve planted many flowers. It offers a clear view of our neighborhood. You can do the exercise or enjoy the outdoor there.
I am currently renting out the whole top floor with 2single rooms with 2 bathrooms. One room already has an international student. And we are leaving another single room ( bedroom+bathroom).
It’s quiet, well-locked, new facilities, air-conditioner, hairdryer and cozy bed etc.
While my family is living downstairs, where it has a kitchen, a dining room and a big living room that we can have a tea or coffee here.
I am a teacher teaching Chinese to foreign students. I’d love to show you Chinese history and culture, our folk culture and sceneries. So, you may learn some basic Chinese and have a culture experience if you choose to live in my apartment.
My husband is very nice, and he is busy for work. And our mom she is a good cook. The previous international students all appreciated her cooking. She is easy going and likes doing exercise every day.
The room rate includes the following services: breakfast, capsule coffee, tea, purified water, washing machine usage, air-conditioner, internet access, umbrella.
We also supply services which might be paid if you’d like:

About the Area
Metro: Line 2 and Line 7.
It’s near to metro Line 2 Century Park Station. You can walk there in 16minutes or ride a bicycle in 7minutes.
There is a bus stop downstairs. It takes only one stop to Line 2 Longyang Station (a big station to PVG airport) and Line7 Fanghua Station. You only need to wait 1-2minitues then any of buses will come and take you there.
Bus: There are many buses. Bus779 directly gets to Lujiazui where it has the Shanghai Building, the Oriental pearl Tower etc.
Bus 929 directly gets to Yuyuan Garden; Bus451 directly gets to People Square and Nanjing Road.
To the PVG airport: It’s very convenient: One stop bus- LINE2 Longyang Station -PVG airprot. you can also choose to take a maglev train from Longyang station. It takes 40mins totally to get to PVG airport.
Taxi: It takes15-30mins to any places in downtown.
The community is good for going around as taking an exercise.
There is a Century Park nearby, it takes 20mins walk there. You can have an outdoor relax or picnics there.
There is also a shopping mall right in front of our building. It takes 4mins go there. There are many restaurants, milk-tea stores, coffee bars, local dessert stores, a cinema and a supermarket ALDI in where you can buy groceries or foods you want.
The community is meticulously managed. The Renji Hospital is near within a 10-minute drive, and also there are nice Acupuncture and Massage Medical Rooms nearby to meet your daily healthcare needs.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
