Welcome to Yangshuo. My name is Sam, and I live with my parents in Yangshuo in a newly-built huge building. We have some twin rooms, king-size rooms and triple rooms. Every room has private bathroom inside. Tour to the house and rooms on the page Rooms & House.
My mom cooks authentic Yangshuo local style food and she loves to share Chinese cooking with guests. So we made our home into a family-run guesthouse, Fun Sam's Bed and Breakfast.
The idea of making this B&B is create a place where guests can get an affordable clean room and authentic local breakfast, meet new friends from over the world, exchange cultures and thoughts and study a new language without paying too much. My aim is to reveal Yangshuo, Guilin and China to the rest of the world. I believe that cultural exchange plays a very important part when coming to explore a new place.

Highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying in Yangshou. Based a little outside the town (5min walk) it was a perfect and extremely wonderful experience to stay with Sam and his family. The only disappointment was that we didn't stay longer!!
Sam is very kind and his family are lovely - his Dad (Helen!) made us some home-made dumplings for dinner, delicious! We loved every moment of getting to know and understand the Chinese culture over some home-made wine.
Their home is clean and comfortable with amazing views of the town from the roof top!
I'd highly recommend hiring bikes Sam has and exploring rivers of Yangshou, such a beautiful place.
Thank you for your hospitality Sam - We hope to see you again!Jenny & Lucy
