About the Area
Enjoy the comfort of this accommodation located in the Manga neighborhood. A traditional and quiet neighborhood where you will have the main tourist sites in the area. You are a few steps from the bay, the pier and the San Sebastián del Pastelillo Fort (military architecture). This beautiful area has 8 Republican-style houses declared national heritage, it connects with the Getsemani neighborhood and the Historic Center, you just have to cross the Roman Bridge to delight in the FANTASTIC!

Recommendations for use of the pool:
1. Avoid entering the common areas of the building wet (hallways, stairs and elevator)
2. It is an environment 100% free of alcoholic beverages and tobacco smoke.
3. Maximum reservation of 2 hours per day.
4. Wear appropriate clothing to walk in common areas other than the pool.
Recommendations for moving through the reception and common areas of the building:
1. It is advisable to avoid entering the building with only bathing suits.
2. When walking through common areas, it is not allowed to be wet. (Remember to have respect for the cleaning staff).
3. Garbage has a specific place, do not throw rest of the garbage on the balcony.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
