Thinking about all the details, I wanted those who come to my home to feel at home, enjoy a more than pleasant experience full of tranquility. Whether you come for work, to see the city or to visit some family and friends, I have conditioned the space. so that you can rest pleasantly in a very comfortable double bed, cool and with excellent light, if you have to do some work you can have a desk that offers you comfort and with high-speed Wi-Fi.

About the Area
We are located in the South East of the city, 15 minutes from the Land Transportation Terminal and 40 minutes from the Palonegro International Airport, very close to 5 minutes we have the El Cacique Shopping Center and 10 minutes away from the Cañaveral, La Florida and Parque Caracolí shopping centers, Approximately 7 minutes away we find the hospital complex, clinics such as Ardila Lule, cardiovascular, Foscal and Foscal Internacional.

House Rules
1. Parties or events are not allowed
2. If the room is in a very poor condition of cleanliness after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest leaves it. For example, leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excess trash in the cans, stains on the floor, dirty walls, these are examples of poor conditions.
*We will charge you an additional $7 USD
3. No overnight visitors who are not on your reservation are allowed.
If it is not mentioned that you will be in the reservation, you will be charged $16 USD as an additional guest and you will have to check out the next day.
4. Youth, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome, but each must be specified in your reservation.
5. There can be no more than 2 people in or on the property at any given time
6. Guests will respect and follow all community rules listed inside the house or on the property.
7. You agree to know and accept the following fees:
a) Smoking: $100 USD for each day you are in the apartment smoking.
b) Late check-out: $15 USD if your check-out is not authorized for late check-out.
c) Loss of keys: $50 USD in replacement of keys and locks from
of lost keys
8. A violation of house rules may result in immediate ejection of all guests without refund.
9. You agree to book in good will and will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a decision by Airbnb or the host should a violation of the host rules occur.
10. If failure to comply with house rules leads to having to deduct or refund the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting costs.

RECOMMENDATIONS
*Each person must use the liquid detergent and fabric softener of their choice to wash clothes in the washing machine.
*They will be able to use the refrigerator and respect food that is not their property.
*You may use the common areas but respect the private areas such as rooms other than the one that was rented.
*The cleaning payment will be used only once, if the guests require additional cleaning, they will cancel the additional value $6 USD for each one who requires it, if the stay is long 28 nights or more or they make modifications to the initial reservation The same additional value will be paid for each cleaning required.
*The private room will only be for the people who are in the respective reservation. If they are visited, they must inform the host in advance and inform who they are and how many people to authorize access to the complex by presenting identification documents.
*At the time of making the reservation and making the payment, through the platform's messaging you will receive a request to send the identity documents of the main guest and their companions so that they can be sent as a photograph through the same platform.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
* The reservation will be effective once the advance payment of the total value of the agreed rent is confirmed according to the reservation made by the guest.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
