WOMEN ACCOMODATION - PRIVATE ROOM WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM & TOILET (NOT ENSUITE)

The house is located in a central area of Limassol one km or 15 minutes walk to the beach, the Limassol marina, the city center ,old town and Limassol castle. Totally central but yet in a very quiet residencial area as It is in a small street with family houses. The house is on 3 semi levels. The guest has a private bathroom and toilet (not ensuite) . The house has a swimming pool , a spacious sauna, some gym equipment and fire place. The swimming pool is in the garden which is reachable from the 2nd living room. It is covered, and heated in spring and autumn time. It can be used in winter as well as it is covered and enclosed in glass doors. The house is furnished in a contemporary style. It has 3 sitting rooms. Centrally heated but also has a fire place which is burning in winter evenings. The guest's room is centrally heated, it has a double bed
2 x 1.80 mtrs and an a/c. The house has a roof/terrace with sunbeds and outdoor furniture. On the ground floor there is a yard with furnishings and barbeque. Also there is an outdoor covered patio with heater which we use even in winter mornings and evenings. The house is a non smoking house but the covered patio with the heater is ideal for the smokers. The owner is a glass artist (glass fusing, slumping,casting) and can also teach the techniques of glass . Leaves in the House with her partner , is an animal lover and has three cats that come inside the house but not in the bedrooms. Breakfast is included free of charge. Other meals can be arranged on request on small extra cost. Check in/check outs are flexible to meet the guest's flights . The owner can meet the guest at limassol's (airport bus station) and transport her to the house free of charge but without an obligation to do so if the times are not convenient.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
