Casa Blanca is a family house, one kilometer from downtown. We are three people: my sister , a secreatary; her son, a student and me, a teacher. The bedroom that is available has a bed for two people, a fun, a TV, two mirrors, and a private external bathroom next to the bedroom.
My family is small but very nice. We speak English and of course Spanish.
Nuestra casa "Casa Blanca Tu casa" es una casa de familia. Somos una familia pequeña, tres personas. Mi hermana Nora, trabaja en una fabrica; su hijo Juan, estudia odontología; y yo Aminta soy maestra en una escuela publica y en una universidad privada.
La habitación que se te ofrece es cómoda, limpia, con ventilador, Tv, y baño privado externo, con agua caliente.
Estamos situados a un kilómetro den centro del centro de la ciudad. Desde ahi puedes caminar o tomar un autobus por solo 25 centavos.
En mi familia hablamos Ingles y Español.

About the Area
Our house is situated at the south zone of the city.There is 1 kilometer from downtown. There is a park 5 blocks from my house, there is also a church called Madre del Salvador, 50 meters from my house. You can get to our house by bus, bus 8 (35 cents). You can take it in Metrocentro Shopping mall, if you come from San Salvador. You can also get a taxi (3 or 4 dollars).

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
