A 45 sq feet Single Private PARTITION Bedroom at HUNG HOM, KOWLOON PENINSULA close to the harbour in the urban.
We are a family with four members, since we usually not at home in daytime during weekdays, so my apartment maintain a quiet & tidy living environment.
Easy location for travellers and convenience to travel whatever by ferry to HK Island, Macau or by metro to Mainland china. Adjacent to Kowloon-Canton Railway station, cross-harbour tunnel and ferry pier.
Conveniently connected to all major districts in Hong Kong such as Central, Wanchai, North Point, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mongkok and Kowloon Tong.
Provided: A private bedroom with TV, AirConditioning, bed, wardrobe, building management fee, WIFI internet network, basic usage of utility eg: water supply, electricity and town gas.
Other Amenities: Share-use for the Kitchen and Bathroom, such as Microwave Oven and dining utensils in the Kitchen.
Transportation: 5 mins by Green mini bus or 10-15 mins Walk to the Hung Hom MTR station / 15 mins walk from Harbour Plaza Hotel.
Nearest subway (MTR) is Hung Hom station.
We are very close to everything - shops, pubs, restaurants, shopping mall, public transport & we're happy to give you plenty of advice. This property is individually owned, managed & it's security.
My building have lifts, 24 hrs watchman and CCTV at the lobby. We provided Free Wifi network in the apartment.
No Smoking flat and well-furnished.

For security purpose, all guests must provide a passport copy to us when check-in.
We do not provide foods or cooking service, but a light breakfast just like some snacks or biscuits for your own pick.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
