Please note few things -
NO UNMARRIED LOCAL COUPLES ALLOWED, No drinking, smoking or chewing tobacco in apartment, No outside guests allowed during stay and valid government ids of all guests mandatory at time of check in.
Apartment is on first floor and lift is not available. So guests would have to climb around 12-15 steps.
Linen and towel change will be after every 4 days. In case required earlier it will be charged separately.
Kitchen charges @INR 100/- per day if cooking own food. Vegetarian food only.

About the Area
My house is located in East of Kailash, which is in South Delhi close to the heart of Delhi. It has super location advantages as most of the tourist spots in Delhi including monuments, heritage sites, shopping malls, pubs, famous restaurants, high streets are within 10 km or 45 min travel time. Even the international/ domestic airports, railway stations are within 30-45 min travel time.
- CBD of Delhi Connaught Place with tourist spots like Central Park, Parliament, Presidents House, India Gate, Jantar Mantar, Janpath etc. - 10 km/ 30 min
- Old Delhi, Jama Masjid, Red Fort - 10 km/ 30 min
- Delhi Zoo, Old Fort, Akshardham Temple - 7 km/ 20 min
- Humayuns Tomb - 5 km/ 15 min
- Isckon Temple (Hare Rama Hare Krishna Temple), Bahai Temple or Lotus Temple - 1 km/ 5 min

- Excellent public transport system near my house. There are E-rickshaws & cycle rickshaws available for small distances, auto-rickshaws for further distance just outside my house
- 4 stations of Delhi's Subway are within walking distance of my house
- Thumb rule for auto-rickshaws charge is around Rs 8-9/ km so you can reach virtually all tourist locations within USD1-1.5
- You can take a stroll from my house to the Bahai temple in the morning and enjoy the architecture, its serene calm inner sanctorum, relax around its ponds and gardens. Then in the evening you can walk up to the marvelous Isckon temple and enjoy its energetic evening chants, marvel its architecture in the night lighting and also dine in its Govinda's restaurant which offers divine food/ prasadam. Alternatively you can walk up to Lajpat Nagar, a vibrant and most famous shopping street of New Delhi also offering lot of the local street food and drinks.
There are numerous department stores, local stores, chemists, ATMs, fruit vendors, milk vendors, ice cream carts, local snack joints just across the road for essentials. There are parks where you can take your early morning walks or exercise.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
No unmarried couples specifically with Local ids.
Vegetarian food only except eggs.
No smoking, no drinking, chewing tobacco or paan in house. If found guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
No outside guests, friends allowed inside the house strictly.
Cleaning of common area in apartment will be done almost daily by maid. Guests should not interfere with same.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
