Our house is located in south delhi, very close to a large forest area and several monuments from the Mughal period, a quiet and green location, yet close to main market ful of cafes, salons and daily amenities. Airport is about 25 minutes by cab and Metro just 8 minutes walk from our place. Me and my husband live here along with our very social dog cotton.

About the Area
Our house is located in a posh clean area of south Delhi, close to a large green park and forest, surrounded by several Mughal period monuments and a big lake. Yet its walkable to a popular market full of cafes and eateries that offer to a variety of food to people of all ages. Very close to airport. Metro is a 8 min walk.

House Rules
1. If you cook in the kitchen please wash the utensils used and clean up the place.
2. Any damages will have to be paid as per the actual price by the guest.
3. Quiet time after 10 PM
4. Please inform the host if you plan to stay out late in thenight so a separate key can be arranged.
5. Events and vistiors are not allowed in the room.

I loved to stay with Sangeeta, great conditions and the best Delhi's advices one can get, for sure I will stay with her when in Delhi again.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
