We are a family of three, our son is 13 years old. We have two labrador dogs, they are super friendly and gentle, brought up trained and well behaved, they are part of our family.
Our house was built a couple years ago, it is situated in the quite countryside 10 minutes drive away from Ballina and Crossmolina. Our house is an L shape, has underfloor heating throughout the house and also airfilter system to ensure clean fresh air. The quite part is where the bedrooms and bathrooms are and the active part is where we have kitchen/diner, living room. This allows us to have activity going on in one part of the house and the other part can still just be a quite relaxing part with no noise.
We offer a double bedroom with separate bathroom.
We have a large garden, plenty of room to play outside football or any sport. We also have a large garage with a well equipped gym.

About the Area
Our house is situated in the quite countryside 10 minutes drive away from Ballina and Crossmolina. We are one of 3 houses on a small lane, we are surrounded by grazing fields with an amazing view of the nature. It is a very light traffic area perfect for walking, jogging, cycling.
The closest beach to us is 15 minutes drive away.
All facilities including bus/train, shops, cafes, restaurants are in Ballina, 10 minutes drive away. If guest arrive by public transport, we will be happy to provide transport for them to/from our house.

Meals

House Rules
We kindly ask our guests to respect our house and keep their area clean and tidy, if they require any help, we are always close to ask.
Guest are welcome to smoke, but outside only, free to use our outdoor sofas to relax.
Our dogs are part of our family, they are allowed in the house in the living area, which can be closed off from guest bedrooms, the hallway separates the living area from the bedroom area. If you are uneasy around dogs, please don't book, however i can assure you our dogs and super friendly and always welcome visitors.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
