The single male house owner is a professional and works as a microbiologist. . The house is fully alarmed and is located in a quiet neighbourhood of only 72 other house's. The neighbours are also home all day. The house is spotless clean, immaculate and very modernly decorated.
The area is quiet and family orientated. The host is extremely clean and very friendly and informative. All bedrooms are fully equipped.
They have their own Smart TV's with Netflix app and Internet access available. The house has high speed WiFi (360Mb download). The Owner/Occupier is a knee gym enthusiast, cook and very family orientated. My family live close
The house is Located close to Tallaght IT and Tallaght Hospital and Square Shopping Center. There are two Red lines Luas stops in walking distance (5min). House is extremely close to Citywest Business camp too. The bus route 56A services the estate.
Both rooms are available from July 15th.

Our House is located close to two Red Luas line stops. Also the 56A bus route stops outside the entrance to the private estate. The Tallaght Institute of Technology is a 20-30 min walk. The Tallaght Hospital is 15-20 min walk. The Square Shopping Center is 2 Luas stops away or a 20-30min walk. The hous eis in a small private estate of only 72 house very quiet neighbourhood.

Must do their up most to save Energy and the Environment.
Must clean up as they go. And be neat and tidy
Must keep the noise after 10 pm to a minimum and be respectful of other maybe trying to sleep.
Before using any the facilities must ask the Host/Owner/Occupier how to operate.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
