The Bed and Breakfast dei Laghi is a welcoming house from the early 1900s, completely renovated, on two floors, surrounded by a lovely garden, equipped with tables and chairs for guests, it is located 2 km from Lake Maggiore, 5 km from Lake Varese, 3 km from Lake Monate and 6 km from Lake Comabbio.
The B&B has at guests' disposal: a charming double room, a beautiful quadruple room and two comfortable triple rooms, equipped with: independent air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows, private bathroom in the room, windows overlooking the garden, flat screen TV and wireless network available.
In the garden surrounding the B&B there is a barbecue, a gazebo, umbrellas, tables, chairs and a parking area for guests' cars.
The managers of the B&B dei laghi: Marisa and Salvatore will welcome you with a smile, they will prepare you an abundant and varied breakfast, they will advise you on places to visit, they will do their utmost to make you feel at home and they will try to make Your stay as pleasant as possible, placing the following services at your disposal: use of the kitchen, free return at any hour of the night, daily cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms, change of bed linen and towels every 4 days, washing machine, and iron, hairdryer, liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, wireless network available.
5 minutes from the B&B is Acquapark Brebbia, a fun water park equipped with numerous slides, pools with artificial waves, a fitness area and a large rain mushroom from which pleasant jets of water descend.
From the nearby ports of Lake Maggiore it is possible to embark on an enchanting journey on the lake and visit the Borromean Islands, Villa Taranto, Villa Pallavicino and also reach Locarno and Ascona in nearby Switzerland.

House Rules
Upon arrival you will be given: room and entrance keys, wireless network password, air conditioning and color TV remote control. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms. The change of linen will be made every 4 days. The kitchen is available, but must be left clean. I wish you a good stay and please treat our home as if it were yours.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
