Very Florentine father and daughter ready to host people of other nationalities who want to get to know Florence in depth, in its liveliest and most authentic and less "touristy" aspects. The bedroom overlooks Piazza Pitti and is located in a beautiful historic building in the center served by a lift. By climbing three flights of stairs it is possible to access a beautiful private panoramic terrace overlooking Florence. The apartment is located a few minutes from Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Pitti, via Tornabuoni, Piazza Duomo. Authentic neighborhood with artisan shops, restaurants and museums. Pharmacy, tobacconist and supermarkets very close. Bus stop a few meters away, train station 20 minutes on foot. You can count on us to satisfy all your curiosities and obtain directions and suggestions. When booking, we ask you to send us some information regarding you and your companions such as age, profession, the purpose of the trip, and anything you think might be useful to get to know each other a little before sharing accommodation!

Our house is located in the Oltrarno, a few minutes from Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Pitti and Piazza Santo Spirito. In 15 minutes on foot you can reach Piazza Duomo and Piazza della Repubblica. Bus stop very close and tramway 15 minutes away. Train station 20 minutes away. Conad, Carrefour. Pharmacy, tobacconist and many artisan and antique shops nearby. There is no shortage of nightlife in the nearby Piazza Santo Spirito and Borgo Santo Spirito and San Frediano.

We are quiet people, we have a dog that is part of the family.
It is not possible to smoke in the house (but it is possible to do so by going up to the terrace and enjoying a wonderful view), invite people and organize parties.
Possible to stay only in the photographed rooms.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
