Awesome amazing family! I'm so impressed by their hospitality and experiences of sharing with world travelers. We also shared a lot of common interests and it was fun talking to them (and staying up late talking to Akira-san). Staying in Saitama and away from Tokyo is a good experience as well and the commute to Tokyo wasn't too bad... Just don't get on the wrong Shinkansen and end up in Gunma! LOL
I would recommend staying here and meeting this wonderful family.September 2018
It was most certainly a pleasant stay, however the distance to more central locations (e.g. larger stations) is considerable. It exudes the more modern Japanese lifestyle, thus may only represent the more daily aspect of Japanese culture.

They are a wonderful family, helpful and considerate. Had a great time during our family daytrips and playing with Yuito! The house is really comfortable and it’s easy to take the bus to the train station. This family will take good care of you during your stay. There is a lot of love in that house! Thank you so much for your kindness and for making me feel like a part of the family!

The best place for discover Japan with a happy family ^o^/
Thank you for let us stayed by your side during our travel <3May 2017
I enjoyed my stay here a lot, although i was out all day. It was very pleasant to have a home to come back and to spend the night peacefully. The "futon on the tatami" room is clean (like most of the house) and is next to the living room on the first floor / ground floor.
They are kind and helpful people, a nice family. Their son is so adorable ! Too bad i wasn't able to speak japanese to interact more with him. I could totally come back to their house, hopefully with a better mastering of the language.

It was lovely to stay at Akira's and Yuki's house! They will do a lot to help you feel welcome. They also showed me some local attractions and had a lot of useful tips to get around! Even if they communication is sometimes diffucult they will do anything to make sure they understand it. It was really easy to reach Tokyo from their home by bus and train!

The best!!
I had a wonderful 10 days with your lovely family. Nice, quiet and clean house. Only a step away from Kawagoe by bus (yet my favourite city). The wifi pocket you lend me was excellent to find my way around and keep in touch with people. Akira and Yuki are great cooks and Yuito a great japanese teacher. I had lots of fun and hope to see you again in the future.June 2016
thank you very much to Akira Yuki and my friend Yuito for those 2 weeks with you. I was pleased to have found in you a new heart for family. Thanks to you, I discovered for the first time the country of my dreams is to say, Japan. Thank you to Akira (dad-chan) for showing me the temple of Kawagoe where I bought omamoris that my wishes come true one day! and have taken me under your wing like a son. Thank you to Yuki (mama-chan) have cooked for us all full of typical Japanese dishes (okonomiyaki) and have also been nice to me. And thank you to my friend Yuito for making me laugh with the cooking mama game for the Nintendo 3DS and have been very nice to me.
very kind and generous family.
I highly recommend it!ブライアン
