Our homestay is situated in BACNOTAN, the HONEY capital of the north
7-10minute drive to the famous SURFTOWN of San Juan and nearby SURF SPOTS
Our Homestay offers the following:
3 Basic Private Rooms for guests
(2 Fan Room 2nd floor & 1 Room w/ Portable AC at the ground floor)
both open for short or long term stay
A quiet escape that has a calming hideaway with nature (surrounded with 7mango trees) in a large garden and just walking distance to the beach (150meter)
** You will stay with the owners with 3dogs and 6cats both indoor and outdoor pets
It's also a "Home Creperie Cafe"
that offers breakfast, coffee, tea, crepes and sandwiches

About the Area
Our house is 7minute drive north side of Surftown, just along national highway. Its in a quiet and safe suburb. 5minute drive to citi centre. Public transportation stops in-front of our gate

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU INFORM US FEW DAYS BEFORE NOT SAME DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL FOR ANY EARLY OR LATE CHECK IN
We will personally let you in, as We don’t have a concierge or front desk to further assist you.
FEE FOR EARLY & LATE CHECK IN IS
₱400 PER HOUR (subjected to room and hosts availability)
We encourage guests to try and stick to check in and out schedule
Late check out- allowed not later than 3pm, leaving of baggages is not allowed after check out time.
It is Self Service & Clean as you go.
No littering, Trash Segregation is strictly implemented
No slippers or shoes allowed inside the house
Please Wash off sand before entering the house and use outdoor showers to rinse
Strictly No Eating & Drinking inside the rooms kindly use common area such as living room, dining,garden, outdoor lazy lounge and kitchen.
Main gate should be close/locked at all times, to prevent dogs crossing the highway
Visitors are only allowed within the outdoor area (limited time) and no overnight.
No noise after 10pm

Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
