This is our family home, a colourful and quiet Victorian townhouse, in historic, leafy, safe, central Upper Woodstock. We live a few minutes’ walk from restaurants and cafes, and are only a 10 minute drive from Cape Town city centre. Our 'home away from home' has a shared well-equipped kitchen, and the sun-lit living area downstairs opens onto a private garden, perfect for an evening braai or drink.

- 10 minute drive from Cape Town CBD
- 5 minute drive from the Old Biscuit Mill district
- 15 minute drive from the Airport

The private room is upstairs with its own private bathroom and a balcony with spectacular views over the city, the sea and the mountains. There is also an office space with free WIFI upstairs for remote work or study.

We are friendly, well-travelled guests who like to host students, families, and travellers from all over world. We can provide you with free advice about where to go and what to eat in Cape Town, and will make sure you feel at home! You are welcome to use our kitchen and washing machine, and read our books!

At an extra cost we can also help you with:
- a healthy, local breakfast
- language classes (English)
- hiking / trail running guiding
- tips for travel in Cape Town with kids
