My 8 year old son lives at home (he is very quiet and not very noisy) and I am 45 years old. We have a room with a 135 cm bed (large) that we have left over and we would like to rent it. Only girls. Very familiar atmosphere. Ask me for a price and we will reach a safe agreement!

I stayed with Rocio for 9 nights and I had a really great time with her, her son and her mother.
I'd often been away from home, so the time with them were not so long, but they all were really patient with my poor Spanish and helped me whatever I needed.
Even while I couldn't decide if I would stay with Rocio or not, her responses were always quick and honest. If she didn't know the answer, she tried to find the answer to my questions.
I was with some other friends in Seville, and they were a bit far away (this is the reason I couldn't decide if I stay with Rocio quickly) but I trusted Rocio's kind character and now I know that I made a right decision.
The fee was really reasonable and there was everything I needed.
Rocio kept her place really clean and comfortable. Also, if I was sleeping when they go out or come back, they were really quiet, and I even didn't notice.
Will I go back to Rocio's place if I go to Seville again? Yes, I do!

Gran bienvenida con muchos consejos para moverse por la ciudad a pesar de la barrera del idioma. Hermoso encuentro. El alojamiento está limpio y la habitación es muy agradable. Ubicación ideal cerca de una parada de autobús. Yo recomiendo !

Rocio es una persona estupenda muy abierta para ayudar en cualquier momento. Su casa es realmente un hogar y lo complementa su hijo Guille que es un chico muy amable y su mama una senora muy grata. Con gusto volvere en 2024. Gracias Rocio.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
