Cozy double room in an attic 2 minutes from the beach.

The town is very pleasant, peaceful, with nice bars, friendly people, and it's a 35-minute train ride from Barcelona. The train station is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment stays cool as it has good airflow, and the room has a large ceiling fan, in addition to other available fans. There's also air conditioning in the living room.

Space:
The double room has a wardrobe. I'm the only person living in the apartment, and there's bathroom with a spacious shower.

I work in Barcelona two days a week, so I'm not at home as much. However, when I'm around, I'm always happy to show you the town and assist with anything you need.

The apartment receives plenty of natural light and offers lovely sea views from the terrace.

Amenities and common areas:
You can use everything in the apartment, except my room ;)

About the Area

The flat landscape full of flower plantations next to the sea welcome you to one of the towns with the strongest seafaring traditions in El Maresme and one that still retains a rich and wide-ranging architectural legacy inherited from those Vilassar townsfolk who, towards the end of the 19th, embarked for the Americas to find fame and fortune. The legacy of these índians is still clearly visible in many corners of the town and include the building known as the Sènia del Rellotge, today home to the Museu de la Marina, the municipal museum of all things seafaring. The town's artistic inclinations can be seen in the Enric Monjo Museum, which contains the legacy left by this painter to his birthplace.
