Q1. Is your home in the town, city centre, suburbs or countryside?
A1：In the downtown. Yilan train station and bus transfer station are 8-10 minutes taxi away. Taxi fee is around 150 TWD . Also it's convenient to rent a car or a scooter around the stations.
Q2：Who else lives at home with you?
A2: My dog.
Q3：What type of bedroom(s) are available to guests?
A3：A single room with an attached bath. In the room are a dining table, 6-7 chairs and a nightstand. Shared refrigerator is outside the room.
Q4：What kind of lounge/living/outdoor areas are there?
A4：No kitchen, no living room. Landlord lives the next door on the same floor.
Q5：Have you or your family any special interests?
A5：Welcome any discussion of real-estate, rental homes, trading leads, profitable small business start-up at your country or your city. As well I'll share ours if you are also interested those things in Taiwan.

About the Area
Our apartment is located in the center of Yilan city which is a safe downtown. We are 10 minutes taxi / 15 minutes bike away from Yilan train station. In the neighborhood are a university and a junior high school, a big supermarket, two convenient stores, many food shops, nice restaurants, and many good sight-seeing spots around suburbs.
There are many tourists come to enjoy the beach activities, such as surfing, hang gliding, whale-watching boats.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
