Situated 14km from the city of Chiang Mai, this homestay is surrounded by rice fields and greenery.
Lha’s Place is a calm setting for couples and families to enjoy and explore Northern Thailand.
The Chiang Mai Zoo, Chiang Mai National Museum, Chiang Mai China Town Shopping District, and Chiang Mai City Arts & Cultural Center are all a short drive away.

Located in the middle of rice fields at the edge ot a small Thai village Sanum, good connettions to Chiang Mai town with a cheap song-taew taxi transportation at the highway.

House Rules
• We ask our guests to respect the check-out time, 11.00 am on the day of departure. When late check-out if it’s possible, we charge 1000 THB. Please mention this request.
• You can leave your luggage at our depot.
• Additional guest(s), not registered at the time of check-in will be subject to identification/registration and a 400 THB charge
• For shorten stays/early checkouts, we charge the full amount of the total cost of the stay.
• Store valuables in the safe or take them with you when going out. Keep your room key with you during your stay.
• Other charges like energy use have to be paid before check out.
• We accept Thai Baht, US dollar, and GB-pound currency.
• The guesthouse can not be held responsible for any injuries and accidents.
• Trips and tours booked through our staff will be at your own responsibility.
• Renting, motorcycles, or bicycles from the guesthouse will be at your own risk and responsibility.
• We strongly recommend that you check your insurance policy for your travel / activity.
• Lha’s Place cannot be held responsible for any activity cancellation or restitution.

Great spot, great ambiance. Not directly in the city which was a nice change of pace; but it's easy to get into the city from their location. They care about their guests. Would recommend to friends or family in a heart beat.

For those looking to get away from the bustle of the cities this is a great opportunity. They run a clean house and are very accomodating for almost any request. It's not the ideal location if you like to get out and explore every day as getting to town does require some logistics, but it isn't so far.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
