My homestay has three rooms in one building each room has its own unique design in 24 sq.m with a hot and cold shower, fridge, air-con and wifi. All clients will get a truly unique Thai experience when they stay at Villaggio Nongprateep.

About the Area
Own by 'Air' Chanrat Karatna. Located in 1 acre of the family area. The building is on private property surrounding mom's house and mine. The land belongs to the generation and a very long time ago. 15 min to/from the airport, 5 min to the train station. The building uses the old wood from my grandmother to decorate and is purpose-built. We are a 'Green and Clean Place' with trees and a variety of plants surrounding our place. We provide 3 rooms 3 designs, 2 twins (Queen size) and 1 double (King size). Each room is 24 sq.m. All clients will get a truly unique Thai experience when they stay at Villaggio Nongprateep by 'Air'.

House Rules
1. For safety and not against Thai laws, no illegal activities or items such as illicit drugs, firearms, guns, contraband goods etc. “...Violators of laws related to illicit drugs, e.g., having and holding for use, or being a producer, seller, or transporter are subject to the death sentence...".
2. Keep your valuables items in a safe place & keep the door locked. We are not responsible for the lost or stolen items.
3. No pets allowed.
4. Smoking is not allowed indoors including candles, incense, or essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.).
5. Two pairs of slippers are prepared for each room.
6. Visitors and/or clients' friends who do not stay at Villaggio Nongprateep, are welcome in the common area. Do not invite them into the room.
7. Do not cook or eat food in the rooms. Keep your food in the fridge to protect it from ants or cockroaches.
8. FREE coffee, tea & snacks/ FREE Wi-Fi access/ FREE vehicle parking.
9. If you need laundry service, please ask (service fee is applied).
10. Anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please inform us ASAP (for any damage caused by the guest to the property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to Villaggio Nongprateep).
11. Please help us to save our earth by thinking wisely about reducing litter, saving water & energy etc.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
