Residents:
You'll be staying with me and my girlfriend. We're a friendly and welcoming couple excited to share our home and provide you with a comfortable and memorable stay in Istanbul. We'll be available to assist you with any questions or recommendations you may need during your visit.
Bedrooms:
Our apartment features a tastefully decorated guest bedroom, thoughtfully furnished to ensure your utmost comfort. The room is equipped with a cozy double bed, fresh linens, ample storage space, and a pleasant ambiance to guarantee a peaceful night's sleep.
Lounge/Living/Outdoor Areas:
After a day of exploring the city, you can relax and unwind in our spacious and inviting living room. Sink into the comfortable couches, watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or simply enjoy a pleasant conversation in the warm and cozy atmosphere. While our apartment doesn't have outdoor areas, the living room provides the perfect space to recharge and plan your next Istanbul adventure.

Languages Spoken:
In our home, we primarily speak English and Turkish. However, we also have some proficiency in Russian, which allows us to accommodate guests who speak these languages. We believe in fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment, and we'll do our best to ensure effective communication and a comfortable stay for guests from various linguistic backgrounds.

About the Area
Our house is located in Taksim, close to Istiklal Street. It takes only 8 minutes to reach it. You can easily access the metro station, which is 15 minutes away from either the Shishane or Taksim metro stations. These metro stations are also where the bus stations are located.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
