Beautiful Victorian house only a 5 minute walk to the beach Large kitchen use of dishwasher etc. and garden to use. Also only a 10 minute walk from town and 5 minutes to the train station. An excellent location within a seaside town.

Our house is located 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from town and 10 minutes from the train station with direct links to both London and Brighton. It is a very safe, quiet residential area with a leafy park just down the road!

Susi is such an amazing lady! I really loved her home and she was also a very gracious and friendly host. I went to her home right after landing from Kenya and she was really helpful with how to get a taxi from Gatwick Airport and how to go around the town. I would definitely go back to her home again. Totally recommend her!

Susi was a friendly, sociable, kind and helpful person, with a great spirit.
Her house was absolutely clean and comfortable and she decorated it very tastefully in every corner of her house. Located about a 10 minute walk from the pier, it was easy to get into town and there were plenty of good cafes on the way.
The conversation with her was informative and joyful.

Susi's home was lovely and she was a very accommodating host. I felt very welcome and the room was comfortable. Located about 10 mins walk from the pier it was easy to go into town and lots of nice cafes on way.
I had the use of kitchen facilities and the garden too, though I was out most of the day. I would definitely stay with Susi again and recommend her to anyone else lokig for a quiet place to stay.

My stay at Susi's place was great. She is so lovely and friendly and makes you feel like you're at home. She helped me so much with everything. I strongly recommend her as host and her house is really comfortable and cozy. It was such a pleasure to stay there and meet her!

Loved staying with Susi. Room was bigger than the picture suggested. Cozy and homely. Susi was warm and friendly. Loved her family too. Also so very welcoming . Definitely going to ask if I can come back next year. Thank you again Susi, for making my stay so enjoyable.

The room was very small and not very comfortable- the TV was difficult to handle and also very small. The breakfast was definitely not adequate (even if it was supposed to only be a basic one). Susi is a friendly and helpful person.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
