Guests: Only those who are part of the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have visitors.

Damage Policy: Any damages to the property or its contents should be reported immediately. Guests may be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.
Cleaning: While we ensure the homestay is clean upon your arrival, we expect guests to maintain cleanliness and order during their stay. Please use the provided bins for waste disposal.
Safety: Ensure all doors are locked when leaving the property. Do not leave candles or open flames unattended.
Alcohol and Drugs: The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the property. Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted for guests of legal drinking age.
Energy Conservation: Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when they are not in use or when leaving the house.
WiFi Use: Free WiFi is provided for your convenience. Please use it responsibly and refrain from illegal downloads or activities.
Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, and emergency exits upon arrival.
Respect for Property: Treat the home with the same respect you would your own. Do not remove any items from the premises.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
