My name is Albina. I am a writer, translator and educator from Ukraine. My main goal is to show you the beauty of our country, our art, crafts and language.
Sunflower Ranch is a perfect oasis for relaxation and entertainment, and learning more about Ukrainian culture. We use this house for different cultural and educational events.

House Rules
During Your Stay:
1. No smoking indoors including vapes. Damages will be collected to cover any additional cleaning services or paint jobs required to remove smell of smoke from indoor spaces. You are welcome to smoke outdoors as long as you keep doors to the house closed while you do so.
2. Pets are not allowed, sorry.
3. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm during the week and after 11pm on weekends.
4. No unauthorized events, parties, or additional guests. If you plan to have an event or to have additional guests over capacity in the house at any point, please ask for permission before booking.
5. No food or drink in bedrooms. Some of our pillows with Ukrainian embroidery are handmade and very old, so please be gentle with them.
6. Remember to lock the back door when you’re not at home.
7. Monday is a Garbage day. Please move the garbage cans to the side of the road and then bring them when emptied to the right side of the house.
8. Before check-out please turn off the lights everywhere and an air conditioner.
9. Any please, please be very careful with piano.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
