A great budget place for short vacations or layovers. I live here with my dog Romeo a miniature pinscher, he is super friendly and we hope to receive people who are comfortable with dogs. Our place is a 1br 1 bath, and I modified my living room to create a comfy sleeping area with amazing views and a layout that provides privacy.We love to have guests from all over the world, our place is very comfy, and we want you to feel welcome and at home. I am always available to help guests with tips or any assistance needed, trying within reason and possibilities to accommodate any special requests.

About the Area
My building is in the gateway of West Hollywood, one of the newest buildings in the area, it is within walking distance to either Santa Monica Blvd or Melrose Ave. Both streets are packed with beautiful people, sunny streets, and vibrant shops. If nightlife is what you are looking for, any day of the week boys' town has something to offer, you can walk the strip where you'll find nightclubs or bars like The Abbey, Mickys, Roccos, or Heart, or restaurants like Sur, Tom Tom, and Catch. If you happen to be here on a weekend, prepare to have a blast and end the weekend with a bottomless mimosa brunch in Mauros Cafe.

THE USE, SELLING, OR DISTRIBUTION OF DRUGS, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ILLICIT MATERIAL OR ACTIVITY THAT IS CONDUCTED WITHIN THE PREMISES WILL RESULT IN THE HOSTS ASKING THE GUESTS TO ABANDON THE UNIT IMMEDIATELY, SUCH ACTS WILL ALSO BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES IF NEEDED.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
