The experience was difficult in a sense that the guest cancelled his trip few hours before he was due to arrive , then showed up unexpectedly in the morning.
Difficulty collecting the payment and eventually making unsubstantiated claimed that his room was not cleaned ( after spending many nights in the room). We asked for a photo of the dirt but never got one.
