2 separate rooms with own separate entrances . private bathrooms. Toilet and shower . Double bed and workstation . You will share the place with myself and my wife . Safe neighbourhood and we have our own security guard at night . The property is serviced by a solar geyser for hot water and solar power augmented by power utility . There is a borehole for water and backup tank . The neighborhood has nearby restaurants , medical facilities and shopping malls all within a radius of 5 km . Reacreational facilities are also very close

About the Area
Our house is located 1 km from the popular sam Levy’s village . It is 15 min drive from city Centre and 30 min from RG Mugabe International airport . It is less than 500 m from the main borrowdale road

House Rules
We like to have a peaceful and quiet environment . So noises must be kept to a minimum . Ideally we would want guests to be back by 10 pm but any other times can be arranged . We prefer the rooms to be kept in a neat and tidy condition . Visitors are to be kept at a minimum and not allowed after 10 pm unless by prior arrangement . Drinking on-site must be kept to a minimum . Guests are free to use any part of the property , sit outside , engage in bird watching and so on . Any gardening tips and help is most welcome!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
